Surf Buddy is not responsible for verifying user rights, and you are responsible for any violations of intellectual property rights or other legal issues related to your uploaded content.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our team may access your uploaded videos for legitimate purposes, including service improvement, technical support, quality control, AI model training, and marketing
• Access to your content is strictly limited to authorized personnel
• Your content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your content

5. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Surf Buddy's AI coaching features provide automated feedback for educational purposes only. Our AI coaching does not replace professional surf instruction or safety training. Surfing carries inherent risks. You surf at your own risk and should always follow safety guidelines appropriate to your skill level.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Distributing or disclosing any part of the Service without authorization
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service
• Bypassing or circumventing any security measures
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Surf Buddy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Surf Buddy and Romain Fouilland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service or any errors or issues that arise.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Refund Policy

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund before the end of your first month of subscription
• If you have not used the Service, you can request a refund for the last month of non-use, up to a maximum of three months
