Credits are used to process your videos. Starter allows up to 3 minutes per credit, Pro up to 5 minutes and Premium up to 8 minutes. For example, a 7-minute video uses 3 Starter credits, 2 Pro credits or 1 Premium credit.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time in your profile page through Stripe. For custom needs beyond our Premium plan, contact us at sales@surfbuddycam.com.
